At AppTek, we consider that Social Responsibility is not dependent on company size. Thus, we take pride in being exemplary despite our SME status. More: the core of our business is deeply connected with social progress and knowledge sharing to prepare and preserve the world for our children.

In essence, each and every mission of AppTek is about improving co-operation between stakeholders that may potentially enter in conflicts due to divergent targets, interests or simply culture.

We very often intervene as a go-between and facilitator for joint projects between SME's and major players of an industry. Our intervention helps cross-fertilizing. Big players bring their rigor, robust methods and level of expectations. SME's bring their agility, pragmatism and think-out-of-the-box mindset
We are result- and benefit-driven: an idea is valuable if it is shared. It is the best way it can be improved and become a reality. Practicing this on a daily basis is our little contribution to knowledge sharing and mankind progress.
Our teams, mainly experienced professional, are happy not only to share their knowledge, but coach, mentor and teach juniors for them to become the best version of themselves.

Has faced multiple nationalities or cultures in her/his personal or professional life, or is has been raised outside France or Western Europe.
Brings a know-how, an experience, a mindset we do not have yet.

What is the most frugal transportation mean to ensure a physical presence with the team?
Are remote ways of working available for comparable efficiency?
Can the environmental impact of our business be compensated?
Can we propose alternative ways to do the job that are more sustainable than the intended ones?
